Our Process

Our design and development process is fairly basic and we try to lay it out as clearly as possible in every proposal we create.

Generally our website design process goes something like this:

1. FREE Consultation
   Meeting with our clients to learn about their business or organization is imperative. What do they want to accomplish with their website? During the initial meeting we will discuss business objectives, target audience, online marketing, timelines for completion, and any budget constraints.
   
2. Proposal
   After learning imperative details during the consultation, we will then prepare a formal proposal. This proposal gives the client a clear understanding of what we plan to create for their website presence; basic content, design, and technical functions.
   
3. Design & Development
   Once the we have received the necessary information from our client such as forms, text, and images, we enter the design and development stage of the website. The basic design dictates how appealing your website will be, however a beautiful, eye catching site won’t be successful unless it is user friendly. We design the site using fast loading Code, CSS/XHTML, setup databases, & fine tune your content management system (CMS).
   
4. Review, Test & Launch
   We review your site thoroughly to ensure an optimum user experience.  Our clients are encouraged to participate by trying out the site. After our client’s review and we receive their approval on the site and any changes that were made, their new website is finished and published!
